This Cancellation Policy governs the cancellation of orders placed on atcouture.com ("Website") operated by AT Fashion. We have kept the process direct: cancellations before dispatch are simple and free; once a parcel is in transit, you are guided to the Return and Refund Policy.
1. When You Can Cancel
You may cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched from our warehouse, free of charge.
Most orders enter the dispatch pipeline within 24 to 48 hours of placement, so we recommend initiating any cancellation request as soon as possible.
Once an order has been handed over to our shipping partner, it can no longer be cancelled. In that case, please refuse delivery or follow the return process described in our Return and Refund Policy.
2. How to Cancel
You can request cancellation through any of the following channels:
Visit the Track Order page, enter your order number, and use the cancellation option (visible only while the order status is Pending or Confirmed and the order has not yet been dispatched).
Write to us at care@atcouture.com with the subject line "Order Cancellation - [Your Order Number]".
Call our customer care team at +91 73895 87384 between Monday and Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM IST.
Please include your order number and a brief reason for cancellation so we can process the request quickly and improve our service.
3. Refund Treatment for Cancellations
Prepaid orders (UPI): a full refund will be initiated to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days of cancellation confirmation. The exact credit timeline depends on your bank or UPI provider.
Cash on Delivery orders: no charge is applicable, as payment has not been collected. Simply confirm the cancellation through one of the channels above. The ₹49 COD handling fee is not levied if the order is cancelled before dispatch.
Promo codes and discounts: any one-time-use promo code applied to a cancelled order will be re-credited to your account where technically feasible. Codes tied to a campaign or expiry date may not be reusable if the campaign has ended.
4. Post-Dispatch Orders
If your order has already been dispatched, it is no longer eligible for direct cancellation. You may:
Refuse the parcel at delivery, in which case the courier will return it to our warehouse. Once received and inspected, a refund will be processed as per our Refund Policy.
Accept the delivery and initiate a return within 7 days, subject to the eligibility criteria in the Refund Policy.
5. Our Right to Cancel
AT Couture reserves the right to cancel any order, in whole or in part, in the following circumstances:
The product is out of stock, mispriced, or contains a description error.
The delivery pincode is non-serviceable or has been flagged for high return-to-origin (RTO) behaviour.
We are unable to verify the customer's identity or contact details after reasonable attempts.
The order is suspected to be fraudulent, in violation of our Terms and Conditions, or placed in breach of applicable law.
Force majeure events (natural disasters, civil disturbances, regulatory restrictions, supply chain disruptions) make fulfilment impossible.
Where we cancel an order initiated by you, we will notify you via email or phone and refund the full amount paid (for prepaid orders) within 5 to 7 working days. No cancellation fee will be charged.
6. Notification Timeline
Acknowledgement of a cancellation request: within 24 hours of receipt (working days).
Confirmation of cancellation: typically within 1 to 2 working days, subject to whether the order has entered dispatch.
Refund initiation for prepaid orders: within 5 to 7 working days of cancellation confirmation.
7. Partial Cancellation
If your order contains multiple items, partial cancellation may be possible for items that have not yet been packed. Where partial cancellation is granted:
The order will be re-priced based on the remaining items.
If the revised order value falls below the free-shipping threshold, the applicable shipping charge will be deducted from the refund.
Any promotional discount applied may be recalculated or withdrawn, depending on the campaign terms.
8. Repeat Cancellations and Misuse
We respect a customer's right to cancel. However, repeated cancellations, especially of COD orders close to dispatch, place a real cost on our operations. Customers identified as engaging in a pattern of cancellation misuse may be subject to:
Restriction of COD as a payment option, requiring prepaid payment for future orders.
Cancellation fees, where permitted by law and clearly notified in advance.
Refusal of further orders, at our reasonable discretion.
