At AT Couture we want every garment to reach you in pristine condition and on time. This Shipping Policy explains our delivery timelines, charges, serviceable regions, dispatch process, and tracking arrangements. By placing an order on atcouture.com you accept the terms set out below.
Once dispatched, delivery timelines vary by destination. Our standard estimates from the date of dispatch are:

Delivery timelines are indicative and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including courier capacity, weather conditions, public holidays, regional restrictions, lockdowns, civil disruptions, or incorrect address details.

We ship across India to all serviceable pincodes through our trusted courier network. To check whether your pincode is serviceable:

Our courier partners will typically make up to three delivery attempts at the address provided. If delivery cannot be completed:
Please double-check your delivery address, pincode, and contact number at checkout. AT Couture is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address information.
If you notice an error, contact us at care@atcouture.com immediately. We will make every reasonable effort to update the address before dispatch; once a shipment has been handed over to the courier, address changes may not be possible.
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged or appears to have been tampered with, please:
In the rare event that a shipment is declared lost in transit by our courier partner, we will issue a full refund or dispatch a replacement, at your option, subject to product availability.
We may verify Cash on Delivery orders by phone or message before dispatch. If we are unable to verify the order after reasonable attempts, the order may be cancelled at our discretion. The ₹49 COD handling fee applies per order and is non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.
