Return and Refund Policy

At AT Couture we take pride in the craftsmanship of every garment we ship. Should something not work out, we want the return and refund process to feel as considered as the buying experience. This policy sets out the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted, the applicable timelines, and the steps involved.
1. Return Window
- You may initiate a return within 7 (seven) days from the date of delivery, as recorded by our courier partner.
- Requests received after this window cannot be accepted, except in cases of manufacturing defects established at delivery.
- The return window is calculated based on the actual delivery date, not the order placement date.
2. Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for return, the product must satisfy all of the following conditions:
- The product is unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free from any signs of use, odour, perfume, deodorant, makeup, or stains.
- All original tags, labels, brand stickers, and packaging are intact and attached.
- The original invoice or order confirmation is presented along with the return.
- The product was purchased directly from atcouture.com, not from any third-party seller or marketplace.
We reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet these conditions. Such items will be sent back to you at your cost.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following categories are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless they arrive defective or damaged:
- Innerwear, lingerie, hosiery, and socks (for hygiene reasons).
- Customised, altered, or made-to-measure products.
- Items purchased during clearance sales, flash sales, or marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" on the product page.
- Free gifts, complimentary items, and accessories provided with promotional offers.
- Items showing signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage caused after delivery.
4. How to Initiate a Return
- Visit the Track Order page on our Website and locate your order. Alternatively, write to us at care@atcouture.com within the 7-day return window.
- Mention your order number, the product(s) you wish to return, and a brief reason. Where applicable, attach photographs (especially for damaged or defective items).
- Our customer care team will acknowledge your request within 24 hours (working days) and confirm whether a reverse pickup can be arranged at your pincode.
- If reverse pickup is available, our courier partner will collect the parcel from your address within 4 to 7 working days. Please keep the item carefully packed in its original packaging.
- If reverse pickup is not available at your location, you may self-ship the item to our return address. Self-shipping costs will be reimbursed (up to ₹100) upon successful inspection.
5. Quality Inspection
Once we receive the returned product, our quality team will inspect it within 3 to 5 working days. The refund will be initiated only if the item passes inspection in line with the eligibility criteria set out above.
6. Refund Timelines
After a successful quality inspection, refunds are processed as follows:

For COD refunds, we will request your bank account details (account holder name, account number, IFSC code) via secure email. We do not refund cash via courier or in person.
Refund timelines start from the date of successful quality inspection. The actual time taken for the credit to appear in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.
7. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in specific situations, including but not limited to:
- Returned items showing minor wear or missing original tags.
- Returns received after the 7-day window but within a reasonable grace period, at our sole discretion.
- Items missing parts of their original packaging.
8. Shipping Charges
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the product was incorrect, defective, or damaged on arrival.
- The ₹49 COD handling fee is non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.
- If we offered free shipping on the original order and a partial return reduces the order value below the free shipping threshold, the applicable shipping charge may be deducted from the refund.
9. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number, photographs of the product, and the original packaging. We will arrange:
- A free reverse pickup, and
- A replacement of the same item (subject to availability), or
- A full refund of the product value including original shipping, at your option.
10. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct size or product exchanges. If you need a different size or product, please return the original item under this policy and place a fresh order for the replacement on the Website.
11. Cancellation

12. Our Discretion
AT Couture reserves the right to refuse, modify, or cancel any return request that does not comply with this policy, or where there is reasonable suspicion of misuse, fraud, or abuse. Repeat misuse of the return process may result in restriction of return privileges for future orders.
